About
Swahilingo Training Center is a registered language institute recognized by the National Swahili Council (BAKITA). Since 2011, We’ve helped students from around the world gain confidence in everyday spoken Swahili through personalized one-on-one and group lessons.
Through Swahilingo, we offer Swahili as a second language both physically and virtually, serving tourists, long-term visitors, and learners abroad. Whether you're visiting Tanzania for leisure, volunteering, studying, or work, our training is designed to help you connect with locals and feel confident using everyday Swahili.
Our approach focuses on practical language use—bridging the gap between English and Swahili speakers by making lessons relevant, interactive, and culturally grounded. We offer both in-person lessons in Arusha and online sessions via Zoom or Skype for learners abroad.
Over the years, We’ve worked with students from all backgrounds, including those affiliated with universities and organizations such as the University of Delaware, Pepperdine University, St. Catherine University, EDU Africa, Tanzania DMC and more.
Whether you're just beginning or aiming for fluency, we are here to guide your Swahili journey—one engaging lesson at a time.
